5^th Annual Carroll County Wrestling Camp

Carroll County will be having its 5^th annual four-day commuter camp beginning July 1^st. Last years camp was a great success with over 25 wrestlers attending. We hope to continue to have a great summer training session with new technique, live wrestling, and conditioning. Our main concentration will be wrestling on our feet and top techniques. We would like to invite anyone to come that is in high school or experienced middle school. If you are looking for a solid wrestling experience for a fraction of the cost come join us. We are having a limited number of campers so please contact us if you are interested.

Cost: $50.00 Includes lunch

Typical Daily Schedule:

8:45 – 9:15 TD Warm-up

9:30- 11:00 Technique Session

11:00-11:45 Live Session

12:00-12:30 Lunch

12:45 – 2:30 Technique Session

2:30 – 4:00 Technique and Live Session

4:00 – 5:00 Games, Conditioning, Weight Training
