8th Annual Carroll County Open

 

 

 

Date: Saturday October 9, 2010

 

Location: Carroll County High School, 100 Cavs Lane, Hillsville, Virginia 24343

 

Cost: Entry Fee: $15.00 per wrestler if pre-registered by Friday Oct. 8^th 7:00p.m., $20.00 at the door.  Make checks to: Carroll County Wrestling.

 

Weigh-Ins: Saturday, October 9^th, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

 

Satellite weigh-ins available and should be sent by coach to jbmorris@ccpsd.k12.va.us or fax (276) 730-9932 by 5:00PM Friday, October 8^th.

 

Format: Round Robin, wrestling starts at 10 a.m.

 

Time Periods: 1-1-1

 

Divisions: Pee Wee (K-1^st) Amateur (2^nd -3^rd) Elementary (4^th -5^th) Middle School (6^th-8^th) High School (9^th-12^th) Open

 

Weight Classes: Will be formed after weigh-ins.                     Medals given to top 3 in each weight class.

 

Concessions will be available for breakfast and lunch, please no food or drinks in the gymnasium.

 I request that my child be admitted to the Carroll Open wrestling tournament. I, hereby do agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Carroll County Excel Wrestling Club, Carroll County High School, Carroll County Public Schools and their agents from all liabilities and damage claims or demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident involving the said minor arising out of the minor's attendance at the Carroll County Open Tournament.
